APS initiated its training services as an exploration to recognize the fundamental challenges of youth participation in agriculture disaggregated across regions and create a model to more accurately solve them sustainably and scalable.

With periodic mentorship, monitoring and evaluation and linkages, training beneficiaries are more likely to apply knowledge gained and stay longer in businesses.

Youth Agripreneurship Training

Weekend training Programme for a period of 3 months (12 weeks); integrating Management. The Agriculture, Agribusiness, Entrepreneurship and Project raining also covers wrap-up services in the area of mentorship, counselling, including financing option and certification.

Women Agribusiness Class

An agribusiness class to encourage women involvement in Agriculture & boost their skills in value added product development, guidance & counseling, input & market linkages. APS, through collaboration with government agencies & grants, hopes to train 5000 women in value added commodities by 2020

Student Agripreneurship Programme (SAP)

With the ability to scale quickly, we train students, undergraduates, retires, unemployed youths and women across several agricultural value chains to meet their economic potentials through linkages, and mentorship.

Farmer Business Class

APS, through backward integration is linking up with about 5000 farmers. This is to facilitate efficiency in production, adoption of modern farming techniques and developing more entrepreneurial rural farmers.

Organic Chicken Enhancement Project (OCEP)

This is a composition of value chain trainings, market linkages, supply chain management and agri—financing. The project aims to produce & sell 10M of organic chicken annually through provision of extra income to 6,300 poultry rural women

FISH INCUBATION PROGRAM

The fish incubation program trains youth and women on fish value chain. With the abundance of water dams in Northern Nigeria, APS Limited created a business model that bring about the utilization of this resource to create job for the teaming youth and income for the women
